On June 14, 2025, our beloved children's flea market took place at the Christengemeinde Emmanuel in Lindern – and it was a huge success!Visitors had the opportunity to purchase gently used children’s clothes, toys, and accessories at affordable prices. It wasn’t just about finding great deals – it was also for a good cause: all proceeds from the flea market will support educational work for children in Uganda.
And of course, no one went hungry! Freshly baked waffles, homemade cakes, coffee and tea were on offer – alongside bratwurst and fries. The fries were generously donated by Schnefrost GmbH – a heartfelt thank-you for this valuable contribution!
For those who couldn't make it on Saturday, there was a second chance the following week: from Monday to Thursday, members of our dedicated volunteer team were on site during set hours to continue the sales.
Thanks to the incredible turnout and many helping hands, we were able to raise a proud total of €1,810.21.
